Quantity Surveyor. This Post offers an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is recently qualified and has limited experience, achieved through working for a contractor or developer, to build on that experience and move forward with one of the foremost property developers in London.

The Company has established itself as a prime mover in developing high profile sites in and around London. A major strength of theirs is that most of the Senior Management have excellent construction experience and a positive vision for the future. The company has many notable developments already constructed or under construction and the company has a range of substantial projects already in hand through 2007 to 2008 / 2009 and beyond

This Project is a major residential and 5 star hotel scheme in East London comprising a hotel, top quality accommodation and restaurant facilities with integral health and leisure facilities. The building is multi storied RC frames with linked structures. The immediate requirement is for a Quantity Surveyor to work with the Project Quantity Surveyor on the various finishing packages that are included in the fit out process, dry lining, M&E, painting and floor finishes.

Your Background to date will involve education to tertiary level, ideally degree qualified with a Quantity Surveying bias, employment within the UK for a recognised and progressive contractor or developer, a clear indication that you are career and progress motivated.
