A local authority on the outskirts of London is seeking a RICS qualified Commercial Surveyor. The successful candidate will be managing and assisting with the management of retail properties for a number of prestigious clients. In addition, you will have the knowledge and ability of rent reviews, lease renewals, service charges, L&T and asset review.
