Commercial Property Managers
An opportunity with a not for profit organisation has arisen for 3 months with the view to being extended. They require a Commercial Property Manager to join their small but growing team. You will be dealing with everything from service charges to contractor management, from rent reviews to property inspections. You will demonstrate a hands-on proactive approach. MRICS would be beneficial but experience is key.
