Job Description
Our client is the biggest land owner in the UK, they are looking for an Architect/Designer to change the look and use of it's many property assets, Areas and land such as railway arches to Bar's and shops, ranging from £250k to £5m.
Ideally this project will suit a project running Architect with flair when it comes to retail, industrial and commercial space. Also you will hold appropriate Chartered Memberships (RIBA, BIAT, IstructE and CIBSE) and you will be conversant with relevant building and planning regulations.
