Job Description
A West London Housing Association wishes to appoint a Senior Surveyor to join the Repairs team for an ongoing contract.
Your role will involve working solely on complaints. You will be responding to maintenance complaints issued by tenants and will then either carry out the surveys yourself or delegate the work to another member of the surveying team. You will be out and about on site providing a professional building surveying service and resolving maintenance issues as and when they occur.
Due to the fast paced nature of this work it is essential that you are proactive, have interpersonal skills, good at communicating with people. It is essential that you have come from a surveying background.
