Job Description

Groundworks Foreman. Rapidly growing Groundworks & RC frame company seeks additional Foreman (M/F) for a new project starting in Stevenage.

The Project is a £ 5m scheme that will run for the next 12 to 14 months. Excavation on the site is currently underway and the Foreman will control all the site operations reporting to the site based Project Manager.

Experience in Excavation, Drainage, RC basement work, Underground Services, Drainage, RC sub and superstructure, External works and Landscaping will be required for this role. The work involves the construction of a deep basement, retaining walls, ground floor slab, superstructure and all associated externals.

The Company has been operating for the last 10 years and has a turnover exceeding £35m and a growing portfolio of repeat clients with a full order book for the coming year.
