Job Description
A south west London Borough is looking to appoint a Town Planner to their Development Control section.
In this post you will be required to process allocated planning applications and enforcement enquiries and notices from initial referral through to final decision and appeal.
Giving pre-application advice on planning and enforcement issues by letter, email, telephone and personal contact. Undertake site inspections to check plans and assess proposals. Interpret and evaluating plans and drawings
You will be an experienced Town Planner, have previously worked in a similar and hold a Town Planning degree.
