Job Description
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to provide maternity cover for a prestigious not-for-profit organisation. The organisation requires a residential investment manager to work on a substantial portfolio based in London. The individual will need to provide strategic asset management advice to achieve target performance, liaise with external fund managers and other external investment relationships and make recommendations on purchases, sales and other transactions. In addition, the successful candidate needs have high levels of numeracy, accuracy with attention to detail and be IT literate.
