Sommelier
.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of old and new world wines and a genuine passion for fine wines and food.
You will have at least one year experience as a sommelier and you will able to deal with a very up market clientele.
Have good communication skills and be extremely well groomed and smart in appearance.
Salary
£17,000 to £19,000 per year, depending on experience
