Sous Chef-£18,000Essex-4* Hotel Immediate start!!!
We offer the chance to work in a well equipped and up market Restaurant, and an excellent opportunity has arisen within our Hotel for an experienced and reliable Sous Chef.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Chef qualification such as City & Guilds 706/1 706/02 in Food Preparation & Cooking
- Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
- The ability to manage and supervise a kitchen team including 10/12 Chefs
