Job Description
A popular Borough Council in Berkshire requires a Planning Officer for their enforcement section.
The main duties of the role will be the investigation of complaints alleging unauthorised development, this will involve the collection and analysis of evidence and the preparation of associated reports and correspondence.
The post-holder will deal with enforcement appeals and may need to give evidence at hearings, inquiries and in Court where necessary.
The ideal candidate will hold a Town Planning or related degree and have UK experience in planning enforcement.
