Job Description
Holding a recognised fitness qualification (YMCA, Premier or equivalent) you will be managing and motivating a team of instructors as well as developing and implementing training programmes, health assessments and retention initiatives. The position requires a flexible, hands-on approach with an understanding of all club operations including Sales and Administration duties. Essential: At least 6 months previous management experience within a Health Club or Gymnasium.
