Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Valuations Surveyor to work within a banks credit risk team. The role will involve the CMBS financing of real estate across the UK and Europe, providing valuations for the purposes of securitised lending. You will be working alongside the property origination and analysis teams and would therefore be of interest to someone looking to gain further exposure within property finance.
