Project Manager – RC frame. With a turnover of £175m, operating from offices in North London, and covering a geographical area that includes London and the Home counties, this well known contractor covers the full range of work from civil engineering and groundworks to reinforced concrete structures, continuing on to the fit out works on selected projects.

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with the equivalent of 3 to 5 years relevant UK site based experience in Groundworks and RC structures, able to take charge of all the Project Management and Engineering aspects of a long term groundworks, drainage and RC project in Hackney.

This £3.5 million pound project will be well set up and you will benefit from a Contracts Manager who is himself an experienced Engineer and good Site Engineers to carry out the regular setting out duties. The client emphasises the need to provide a “full paper trail�, so QA / QC feature highly in the record keeping elements of the scheme. You must be prepared to work with this.

The civil engineering division has worked on some of the most high profile mixed use sites in the South East. The business specialises in RC frames, infrastructure works and groundworks. Typical contract values range from £0.5m to £15m.

Providing the client with full engineering solutions and specific engineering packages, depending on the nature of the development, a role of Principal Contractor or Sub Contractor is fulfilled. This is a good chance to work for a progressive company.

Rewards of the highest level for this type of work are available as the client is committed to paying excellent salaries in return for high quality staff. A basic of £57 to 65k plus, with additional benefits and bonuses of 10 – 15% of salary readily attainable. Only those legally entitled to live and work in the UK will be considered.
