Job Description
Project Director This property investment and development company specialises in the financial characteristics of commercial property. They are currently looking for a Project Director to head up a new division, entering the “housebuilder” market sector.
Through a combination of stock picking and active management, cash flow analysis and detailed in-house knowledge of property law, our client is able to take advantage of inefficiencies in the market and maximise return to shareholders minimising downside risk and out performing more traditional property investment routes.
Their Development arm has continued to flourish over the years and they now have a huge portfolio of commercial property. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project cost and project design. You will be rewarded with market leading remuneration and plenty of room and autonomy to develop this new arm to the business.
