Job Description
A well-known Housing Developer is now recruiting for Experienced Architectural Technicians. Due to new projects and an expanding workforce we are delighted to promote these positions.
This developer has won many awards including 'Home House Builder of the year'. Concentrating on making attractively designed living environments ranging from 1 bed apartments to five bedroom townhouses,
The role is to assist in the preparation of working drawings and construction details, securing building regulations for approvals at stage E to H of development.
The ideal persons will have team working and communication skills, Computer literate AutoCAD knowledge, interested in the latest building technologies. Minimum degree qualified in line with this position, ideally up to MBIAT.
