Overview of company

Established a couple of years ago by one of the recruitment markets leading entrepreneurs they are one of the UK fastest growing IT staffing companies. Having developed a network of offices and proven their delivery capability they have recently launched a very successful RPO business.

They are looking for an account manager to run an RPO project for a major pharmacy, health and beauty group head quartered in South West London. This involves the recruitment of contract and permanent IT Professionals.

Full job description (responsibilities, remit etc)

• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client's business areas, their deliverables and needs.
• Build and foster relationships with key players and decision makers
• Provide advice on recruitment strategies, procedures, legislation and market conditions.
• Manage all day to day aspects of the provision of contract and permanent recruitment activities.
• Ensure adherence to processes and best practice principles of all those involved in the recruitment / resourcing cycle.
• Development of job specifications with hiring managers all the way through to offer management and closure
• Negotiate all contract extensions under agreed parameters to help achieve objectives of commercial gain.
• Maintain close relationships with all contractor suppliers through regular meetings and frequent dialogue, and ensure market knowledge is up to date.

You must have a background in Contract and Permanent IT Recruitment preferably with experience of working onsite. It is essential you have a strong knowledge of the contractor market. You should be capable of managing a direct resource strategy and have a good technical knowledge of how & where to source candidates

Salary £30-£35k basic plus commission (£50k + OTE)
