Our client are a large IT Business Consultancy. They employ over 50,000 people worldwide and are looking to expand by over 5000 people across their business next year. Over the last five years they have enjoyed unprecedented growth within their market sector and are now looking to recruit an experienced IT Recruitment specialist based in the Docklands to join their existing team.

Working within their HR department you will take responsibility for meeting headcount requirements set by relevant areas of the business. You will be expected to manage the balance of direct, referred and agency submitted candidates.

You will also be expected to act as the link between the business unit and the external market. You will be tasked with producing management information on areas such as market trends, candidate pipelines and other relevant strategic information.

Candidate skills required

- Background of working in an internal recruitment environment within the IT or Technology market.
- Experience of managing a direct resource strategy and external suppliers.
- Strong personal time management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong customer facing skills combined with a track record of developing strong relationships with senior line mangers.
- Ideally educated to degree level.
- Understanding of online candidate management systems.
- Natural drive, be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate a good team ethic and a pro-active approach to your recruitment.

Salary £30-£35k basic (Neg) plus annual bonus.
