Due to a re-structuring of the internal recruitment team a unique opportunity has arise for an individual with minimal recruitment experience to secure a role with an end user corporate client. You will be expected:

• To work with hiring managers on all aspects of the recruitment process from resourcing applicants to interview design.
• To work with the hiring managers to determine the requisite skill set for their respective openings.
• To progress manage the recruitment process ensuring that hiring managers are fully engaged
• To determine the most effective sourcing medium for the vacancy
• To conduct candidate searches on internal candidate tracking database
• To conduct initial screening of all candidates (including initial phone screen),
• To coordinate the interview process and recommendation of candidates to the hiring managers for consideration.
• To manage the offer process for successful candidates
• To develop a highly qualified candidate pool

Candidate skills required

Our client is happy to see candidates with a minimal level of recruitment experience, ideally within a professional services environment (i.e. IT, Law, HR, Accountancy & Finance or related )

The ability to be able to commute to North London on a daily basis is also a strong criteria.
