Full job description (responsibilities, remit etc)

You will be based onsite for one of their clients for 3 months and then back to to branch. In a years time if all goes well, you will be expected to be a team leader. Your primary role is to source and interview successful applicants.

You will be dealing with finance and operations roles plus the occasional support role: Fund Accountants, Deratives, Corporate Actions and Trade Support. This is a unique opportunity to focus on permanent recruitment with massive potential for placement & therefore commission earnings.

Candidate skills required

You must have a background in Recruitment – ideally within Banking or Financial Services Recruitment or even IT. You should ideally be able to demonstrate a successful track record of sourcing and securing candidates, ideally within any of the following markets: Derivatives, FS, Stock Loan Trade Support, Financial Analyst, Administrator, Corporate Actions,
Salary £27k basic, + good commission
