Role:
Manage a team of 12 recruiters
Devise strategic new business direction for the Sales Operations to ensure continuing growth and profitability of the company, whilst working achieve to the company vision.
Devising effective processes and procedures to ensure smooth running and keeping sales as the focus.
To contribute towards the development of the company as a whole and to help develop the strategy for overall business growth.
Candidate skills required
Excellent & proven leadership skills
Previous experience in managing a team
Demonstrable track record of accurately forecasting and successfully managing demanding budgets
Experience of starting up or rebuilding Sales teams
Excellent knowledge of the recruitment industry and all major sectors of the IT marketplace
Experience of successful budgeting
Experience of staff training and development skills
Ability to learn quickly and to work with initiative.
You should have natural drive, be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to demonstrate a good team ethic and a pro-active approach to your recruitment.
Salary £40k basic, £120k OTE.
