Our client are one of Europe's leading RPO providers headquartered in central London. They have enjoyed a number significant wins over the last six months and are now looking for a number of Project Managers to take ownership of projects within the following areas:

Recruitment process re-engineering / Discovery/Audit / Contractor migration / Cost take-out programmes / Technology implementation / Business and supplier engagement / Communications

This role involves closely working in partnership with their customers to aid them manage andimplement new projects. You will typically be a member of the team who are the first onsite and heavily involved in designing and developing the RPO delivery function. The role will involve a fair degree of travel and time will be split between working at our clients HQ in London and their customers sites.

Essential Key Skills & Experience

Project experience – ability to understand and implement small to medium sized projects
Recruitment / resourcing or account management background (preferably in outsourcing / managed vendor resourcing environment)
Strong commercial focus and good presentation skills
Experience of a client facing role, including client stakeholder management and issue resolution
Highly organised with good time management skills
Experience of managing suppliers / third party agencies
Not afraid of conflict and experience of conflict resolution
This role is ideally suited to an experienced internal recruiter who is looking to broaden their skill sets and move away from a traditional delivery function.

£30 - £40 basic plus bonus and benefits.
