Our Client are a large corporate player employing more than 5000 people in over 15 countries. Their business covers Investment, property, insurance, Securities, Trading, food and other complementary business activities. Their investment arm alone manages some $3 billion worth of assets.

You will be responsible for establishing the UK arm of their internal recruitment team and this will be a highly strategic as well as hands-on role.

You will be expected to be highly effective at securing a wide range of candidates for our client, primarily sales individuals but also CRM & Finance candidates. This is a new role and thus you can expect the remit to grow and the expectation is for you to grow a team.

Our client are interested in speaking to individuals who can demonstrate a strong track record within recruitment. Agency experience is acceptable although a candidate with internal recruitment experience is an advantage. My client is flexible in terms of the sectors you have recruited into although a background in Sales, Financial or IT recruitment would be advantageous.

A history of man-management & developing individuals would also be beneficial.

Additional skill sets sought include:

• Strong ability to pro-actively source ‘hard to find' candidates using numerous methods including networking and headhunting
• Proven ability to develop relationships and trust with candidates and clients
• A successful track record of attracting the best candidates
• The ability to stay calm under pressure
• The ability to manage agencies.

You should be self motivated with an eye for detail and solid negotiating skills.
