Job Description
Development Control Planner required on a contract basis to process applications for planning permission including listed building applications and consent applications. Duties will include site visits, appraisals of proposals, preparing written reports, statements for written representation appeals and to assist in the preparations and presentation at public enquiries and hearings. You should have previous development control planning experience within the public sector and with excellent organisational skills, commitment and enthusiasm.
