Job Description

Our Client is a medium sized regional developer who are invloved in their own private housing developments along with refurbishment schemes of local authorities and schools. As one of the senior surveyors you will report directly to the managing surveyor. You role will involve normal surveying duties including cost forecasts, cash forecasts, sub contractor compliance and attending site meetings. You should have appropriate qualifications, have excellent communication skills and be self motivated.
