This leading House-Builder is actively looking to recruit for a Group Position to manage the Group scheduling and estimating function to ensure effective control, co-ordinating with all the regions and other departments. You will support and liaise with the regional technical, commerical and build departments and the health and safety director in the implemantation and the development of the day to day activies.
You will be MRICS qualified with 3+ years generalist experience having a sound knowledge of building design and construction together with ability to demonstrate experience in project management.
