Job Description
North London Council wishes to appoint a Maintenance Surveyor for a 3 month contract covering long term leave.
Your overall role will be to provide a cost effective repairs and maintenance service to the councils housing stock, residents halls and leasehold properties. This will also include responding to customer complaints.
Duties will include carrying out surveys on tenanted and void properties, supervising works carried out on site and contract administration for the Pre-Maintenance and painting programme.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of surveying and responsive repairs.
