Job Description

This medium sized practice in the middle of the financial centre of London is currently looking for two Assistant Architects to join their rapidly expanding company who are growing a reputation for design with sustainable materials.

With a specialization in mixed use and residential schemes, they currently have several £10m+ projects underway at various stages of the construction process. These include a the first sustainable mixed use building being invested in by a major UK retailer and two urban design projects for an international retail outlet that will incorporate mixed use and multi level high density design solutions. Because of their size they will provide a rounded experience of the whole building process.

Applicants should have practical experience of working at the design and construction stage of the building process. An active interest in sustainable design would be of obvious advantage and the ability to pick up and develop new skills is also a must. The practice uses AutoCAD and candidates should be able to work unsupervised using this program. UK experience is preferred although not a necessity.
