Job Description

Quantity Surveyors. Requirements at all levels as this company expands. Main Contract, Design & Build, RC frames or Builders Works backgrounds would all be considered.

Quantity Surveyors at Senior, Intermediate and Junior level required for an expanding RC frame contractor with a current turnover heading towards the £200m mark, a growing order book and a significant and expanding presence in the market. The work is predominantly in the Commercial, Educational and Residential sectors, with an increasing number of Design & Build schemes being undertaken.

Experience. This robust contractor is keen to take on Quantity Surveyors who enjoy the challenge of the contractors market, and wish to earn excellent salaries as a reflection of their hard work and commercial astuteness. Experience in any or all of the Main Contractor, Design & Build, Reinforced Concrete and General Builders Work sectors will have given you an understanding of the industry. Surveyors who wish to continue ongoing professional training will be encouraged to do so.

Qualifications in Quantity Surveying or allied disciplines are ideal, however we are keen to interview prospective candidates who can demonstrate sound practical knowledge and experience and an ability to work and produce results in today’s busy and demanding market.

Ideally able to easily access north-west London to facilitate easy commuting to both the client’s offices and to their sites which are predominantly within the M25 and in the northern Home Counties. The projects range from the traditional RC frame for commercial and residential on multi storey projects, to the turnkey schemes of over £25m that are increasingly forming the current new workload.

With a number of the current projects having multiple phases additional staff are required for the secured work that is coming on stream and to be involved in targeting new work.
