Job Description
Highways Supervisor. A position has become available with a Highways Term Maintenance Contractor for a Highways Supervisor.
The position is based near Banbury and you will report to the Contracts Manager / Senior Supervisor. The working area is currently based in Oxfordshire.
The successful candidate must have the knowledge, experience and commercial awareness to plan, start, set up, maintain and close down highway projects.
Excellent communication and inter personal skills are also required as the successful candidate will be required to motivate and lead the team and interact with sub-contractors and client daily.
Other essential skills include:
• NRSWA qualifications or equivalent
• Computer literacy
• Man management experience
• Health and Safety awareness

Terms of Employment:
Working hours of 0730 to 1630, 5 days per week
Proposed salary band £24,000 to £27,000
Overtime applies outside these hours
