Job Description
An RICS qualified Development Surveyor is required to identify, develop and manage the delivery of development projects that contribute to the achievement of the organisation's strategic regeneration and economic development objectives. You will be responsible for negotiating the acquisition and disposal of property as required for direct development projects. The position will last for a minimum of 6 months to cover a period of maternity leave.
