Job Description
An outstanding opportunity has arisen within a fast moving London Borough Council for a freelance Urban Designer to coordinate major brownfield regeneration and estate redevelopment schemes. You will be assigned to the provision of detailed design comments for major strategic planning applications, policy input, frameworks and formulation of design briefs. Additional duties will also include conducting design negotiation with developers / architectural firms in conjunction with project management of core schemes. Successful candidates will have acquired practical Urban Design experience with a public or private sector institution in the UK or overseas.
