Job Description
A Principal Planner is urgently required by a picturesque Local Authority to process a mixed case load of development applications. These will include major residential and mixed schemes encompassing 12 to 55 units in conjunction preparing committee reports, negotiating with developers / architects and conducting site visits. Successful candidates will have acquired substantial practical experience processing minor to major applications in the UK.
