Job Description

This leading regional developer is actively looking for two site managers to be based on two new build sites in Basingstoke. You will need to demostrate a solid career history and have experience of working on residential sites. You will have excellent knowledge of managing quality building projects to high safety standards, on time and in budget. You should hold a relevant construction qualification, a up to date CSCS card with health and safety knowledge.
You should have ability to forward plan with excellent organisational skills and good people management skills and the ability to resolve conflict. Excellent time management and ability to oversee and run several projects and numerous site activities.
