Internal Lead Recruiter – Management Consultancy

Our Client are one of the leading Construction Consultancy firms. Operating across Europe and the CIS, they are one of the fastest growing Project and Cost Management consultancies.

As well as having the capability to handle all internal recruitment in the UK and Europe you will be responsible for:

• Developing and delivering a strong Recruitment / Resource solution
• Creating the best candidate attraction campaigns
• Sourcing the best Advertising campaigns and job boards Europe wide
• Screening and interviewing candidates (including competency based interviewing)
• Regular trips to regional offices to train and implement best practices
• Keeping a step ahead with Market Intelligence
• Provide support to regional offices when required.
• Create a strong candidate database
• Ensure that you continue to employ this organisation as an employer of choice

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of recruitment experience either working in-house or for a recruitment agency with a consulting focus.

A preference will be given to candidates who have experience of working within the Construction or Consultancy market space.

Additional skill sets sought include:

• Proven ability to develop relationships and trust with candidates and clients
• A successful track record of attracting the best candidates
• Experience in producing management reports
• The ability to stay calm under pressure
• The ability to manage agencies.

You should also have an intelligent approach to recruitment which encompasses using innovative methods of candidate sourcing and market intelligence. You should be self motivated with an eye for detail and solid negotiating skills.
