Based onsite you will be fed roles by the client relationship managers. Your primary role is to source and interview successful applicants. You will be expected to deal direct with line in some cases to define specifications etc but not manage the complete recruitment process.

This is a unique opportunity to focus on permanent recruitment with massive potential for placement & therefore commission earnings. The average salary of individuals you will be placing ranges from £35k upwards.

Candidate skills required

You must have a background in Recruitment – ideally within IT, Banking or Financial Services Recruitment. You should be able to demonstrate a successful track record of sourcing and securing candidates, ideally within any of the following markets: Derivatives, FS, Settlements, Equities, Fixed Income, Asset Servicing, Income Analyst,
Background Screening, Business Analyst, Note Issuance, Stock Loan Trade Support, Financial Analyst, Roadshow Co-ordinator, ADR, Administrator, Corporate Actions, Desk Assistant
(Operations).
Salary £25k basic, £40k+ OTE (uncapped). Excellent commission structure
