This is a challenging and varied role. Reporting to the UK Delivery Centre Director, you will manage a small team to onshore intra company transfers to the UK. This role works within the UK Projects Delivery Team where you will also work very closely with internal Client Partners to understand staffing requirements across the business. This company operates mainly around the Investment Banking, Financial Services and Telco/Media sectors.

Responsibilities:
Implementation of effective internal resourcing process for international assignments
Plan the allocation of internal staff to international assignments
Working with Work Force Planning Team in Central Eastern Europe to ensure resources and processes are in place to meet changing demands
Ensure company-wide compliance to the Immigration process
Train & mentor Work Force Planning Team in the UK and CEE
Manage the relocation process of all overseas staff to the UK

Candidate skills required

Ideally the successful candidate will have strong recruitment and resourcing experience with some experience (gained in-house or via a recruitment processing outsourcing company) to take this transform this companies mobility process.

Ideally applicants will have previous experience of managing a team including the monitoring of performance and KPI's.
Previous exposure to expatriate compensation & tax advice would be preferable to succeed in this role.
Ideally you will come from a strong recruitment background and have moved into an internal mobility role.

Salary £35k-£40k basic (Neg)
