Over the last five years they have enjoyed unprecedented growth within their market sector and are now looking to strengthen their internal recruitment division.

Full job description (responsibilities, remit etc)

Working within their HR department you will take responsibility for meeting Graduate and Student Placement headcount requirements set by relevant areas of the business.

You will be expected to manage the pipeline and balance of direct, referred and agency submitted candidates.

Also the role involves taking ownership of parts of the clients Graduate market campaign (manage media agencies and internal resources) as well as represent the company at relevant Graduate events (campus days, media events etc).

Candidate skills required

- Prior experience of working in a Graduate or student recruitment environment, preferably gained in an internal environment (but not essential)
- Strong personal time management and prioritisation skills.
- Ideally educated to degree level.
- Understanding of online candidate management systems and Excel
- Natural drive, be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate a good team ethic and a pro-active approach to your recruitment.

£30-£45k basic (Neg) plus annual bonus.
