Our client is a leading 1st tier search organisation who are currently expanding their solution business within the recruitment outsourcing sector. They have a worldwide network of offices established enabling them to offer clients a true global solution. Currently in its infancy period this sector of my client business is enjoying substantial investment and is managed by individuals who have a strong pedigree in this sector.

The role will involve:

Development and implementation of a range of recruitment projects and solutions
Produce reports on performance, SLAs, KPI and other measurable metrics
Recruitment process re-engineering
Manage external 3rd parties as well as internal stakeholders and “clients” to ensure smooth service provided for high profile and sensitive hires.
Designed and implemented processes, best practices, SLA's and developed key MI reports for the clients business to measure success and output
Contribute at a strategic level and drive forward the client/customer relationship and service accordingly
Ensure the solution delivered to the end client meets expectations against agreed scope, objectives, timelines and budget

Experience:

Successful track record in project management / process outsourcing ideally gained within the recruitment sector
Management of senior client relationships (stakeholder / director level)
Proven track record of success within each of your previous positions
Drive and tenacity to succeed within one of most respected recruitment organisations in the world

Package

£50,000 basic plus bonus and benefits

London based - will involve travel
