Job Description
Our client is the biggest land owner in the UK, they are looking for an Architectural Technologist to change the look and use of it's many property assets, and an opportunity for you to be the client in preparation of drawings on both CAD/manual and development of design solutions for allocated proposals from concept to completion.
Ideally this position will suit a Technician with an eye for detail when it comes to retail, industrial and commercial space. Also you will hold appropriate Chartered Memberships (RIBA, BIAT, IstructE and CIBSE)and you will be conversant with relevant building and planning regulations.
