Job Description

This small Cheshire based practice has an extensive range of private clients and developer clients. Each client is seeking the highest quality of service in terms of design and delivery. With high budgets to work with, the practice is able to offer a tailored service to each and every client which in turn, creates a varied and impressive range of high-end commercial and residential projects to work on.

Each project is unique and the clients expect nothing but the best. This allows the practice to create amazing spaces with exceptional attention to high specification details and finishes.

It is an exciting time for the practice and there is opportunity for a qualified Architect to join the team. The successful candidate will get to take ownership of their own projects and act as the sole point of contact for their clients. Every project will be run from inception through to completion, including the project management of the schemes. Each project will present a new and exciting challenge and the succesful individual will have to chance to continually develop professionally which will give great job satisfaction.

This role will give autonomy, responsibility, creative licence, professionalism and the chance to manage your projects through to completion. There is excellent remuneration and a fun yet professional office environment.

Current projects include a £3 Million residential new build project for a private client in Cheshire and a restaurant in an affluent area of Cheshire as well as a variety of boutique restaurants and bars for a developer in London.
