Sous Chef - £24K – Surrey – 1 Michelin Restaurant/5* Hotel – Immediate start
We are a 5* Hotel with two 3AA Restaurants and a brand new Brasserie located in Woking, 35 minutes away from the City of London.
We have 3 big kitchens, all equipped with the latest kitchen equipment and air conditioning and our Restaurants receive massive Media coverage.
If you are a very strong Jnr Sous Chef de Partie who is looking to move up to a higher position or if you are a Sous Chef who is looking for a new challenge, this is the position for you!!!
We will provide you with continuous support, on the job training and development and offering study sponsorship.
You will be working closely with a brigade of 40 Chefs and shifts are flexible with your 2 days off per week.
In return we will offer:
• Basic salary of £24000 per year

• Good hours – 9am – 3pm and 6pm – 10pm
