Job Description
A popular East Sussex Council near the seaside, need a planner to join their development control section.
The role will involve checking incoming planning and other related applications submitted to the Council to ensure that all necessary forms are submitted and completed and the appropriate fee, drawings and other supporting information are submitted. To identify neighbours and statutory and non-statutory consultees to be notified about the proposals.
The ideal candidate will have have some planning experience. The role would suit a recent Town Planning graduate with technical planning background.
