Paediatric Staff Nurse – Band 6

Our Central London client is looking to recruit experienced Paediatric Nurses to join a busy, but friendly multidisciplinary team and deliver a high standard of family centred care.

In this role you won’t just be caring for children with serious heart and lung conditions. You’ll be helping their families through the hard times too. That means demonstrating a real commitment to our children’s well being, acting as a bolster to concerned relatives and enhancing our global reputation as a centre of excellence in cardiothoracic disease.

You will be responsible for managing the care of an individual or group of patients and the needs of their families, ensuring that quality is maintained. You will also work closely with the ward manager and other team members in monitoring and maintaining policies, standards of nursing care and staff development as part of the ward team.

Registration and Immigration:

In order to practice as a Registered General Nurse in the United Kingdom, you will need to register with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC). This process should be commenced at least 6 – 8 months before planning to come to the UK. We strongly recommend that you do not travel to the UK until you have your NMC Statement of Entry, (confirmation of your registration) and your PIN card.
