Job Description

My client is a large M&E consultancy with offices in central London.

They are seeking the services of a resident engineer with a knowlegde of HVAC systems and electrical services to oversee a fit out of a large printing facility in north London.

You will liaise with contractors and clients during the execution of the project ensuring the project is delivered to the highest technical standards.
You will be responsible for the monitoring of quality control on site and will be required to carry out witness testing and commissioning where appropriate.
You will provide feedback to the design group on the progress of the project for which they are responsible, and you will ably represent the company at formal and informal meetings.

This is a great opportunity for someone to work a lot of hours on a long term contract.
