Job Requirement
• Receptionist diploma and knowledge of reception software system such as Fidelio, Champs, Innsite etc.
• At least 6 month to 1-year experience in a similar position is essential.
• Our client is looking for a person who is enthusiastic and loves dealing with new people every day.
• Fluent in English and lovely personality
• Fluent in English.
• Have at least 2 past references
• You must also be energetic, honest, and a team worker.

Job Descriptions
• You will be responsible for the greeting of customers, check in and check out, reservation and answering the phone.
• Posting of room changes and guest billing
• Issue floats to relevant departments
• Receive all monies paid in by departments
• Daily banking
• Deal with guest complaints within reason
• Hand over to night porters/receptionists
• Free Accommodation
