Job Description
With extensive experience within Development Control you will be responsible for leading, directing and managing the Development Control department to ensure effective delivery of the all Development Control services. Able to provide leadership both internally and with external partners and ensure that all development is consistent with planning policies. You will ideally be educated to degree level in town planning or closely related qualification and eligible for membership of the RTPI. You will have a successful track record within development control or related planning work and management experience within a comparable organisation.
