Exciting opportunity to join this busy London local authority on a contract basis. You will be responsible for appraising and evaluating planning applications, investigating and resolving breaches of planning control. Additional duties include site visits, offering pre application advice and attending public inquiries and informal hearings. At least 3 months experience within a UK local authority. This post requires a car.
