Job Description
Experienced Enforcement Planner required to investigate complaints in respects of breaches and alleged breaches of planning legislation and prepare reports as appropriate. Negotiating to secure acceptable outcomes where appropriate, Carry out as necessary authorised enforcement action including the issuing of statutory notices. Assist in the preparation of any prosecution as part of the enforcement process; investigate compliance with planning and related permissions. Previous enforcement experience is essential.
