Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to join the Oxford office of a leading firm of surveyors and property consultants as an Architectural Technician.
The role, concentrating on residential, commercial and industrial projects, will require you to produce quality drawings of all types and the ability to confidently design construction details is essential. You will also be required to collate packages for issue, as well as measure and draw up site surveys. Confidence in managing, training and developing junior CAD staff is also a must.
Previous experience in a similar role and excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD are essential. Whilst industry experience outweighs education, holding formal CAD or technical qualifications will put you at an advantage.
You will be working for one of the UK’s largest, most established and respected firms of surveyors and property consultants with a long-standing reputation and offices throughout the UK.
